MANGO OUTLET

During my summer holidays I visited my Dad in Nürnberg and during one of the days we were strolling around the city center, which reminds so much of an Altstadt, I discovered Mango Outlet. Somewhere in a corner between all the amazing clothes at a freaking-go-crazy-and-buy-everything-discount I found this sweater, hanging there, quietly, subtly, waiting for me to pick it up.
At the cashier desk I found these cateye sunglasses and I had to take them with me as well.
I few days ago I found out that there is a Mango Outlet in Berlin as well, apart from the Mango Outlet at the B5 Outlet Center just outside from Berlin. It's in Steglitz. Next time you visit Hollister be sure to pop into Mango Outlet.

WINDOWS PHONE 8 PARTY AND PORSCHE DESIGNS LAUNCH

Thursday night Lisa and I headed to the Windows Phone 8 Party which took place at the Lux 11. We played with the new phones from HTC and Nokia and there was even an X-Box to play with and Beats by Dre headphones (seriously want some!).
After that we stopped by the Porsche Design Party which was just around the corner with Ferdinand. Was a really fun night!
I was wearing a total rosé look. The glitter skirt is a present my really good friend Louisa (you've seen her a couple of times on my blog) gave to me for my birthday.

LAST NIGHT

Last Night: Windows Phone 8 Party and Porsche Design Opening.
Will post details tomorrow. But for now I'm really happy that the weekend has arrived. I'm going to snuggle into my bed and watch the latest episode of Vampire Diaries.
Oh btw my Mirapodo shoe order has arrived. You'll get to see what I bought soon as well.

MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA x H&M

It feels like H&M is having cooperations after cooperations after cooperations. We barely had time to digest the Anna Dello Russo collection (which I really didn't like), news were already out that MMM was working on a collection with H&M.  After seeing the posters I was really excited to have a closer look at the collection and when I had the chance to come have a look first hand at the collection last week at the H&M Showroom I knew I wasn't going to miss out.

I'm mostly into the shoes for this collection. Although I have to admit I'm majorly crushing on the oversized coat that seems to be the collection's It piece and Must Have. I'm really into the big silhouette Maison Martin Margiela has created for this piece. But unfortunately it comes in only one size and with my 1 1/2 metres, I'm kidding I'm 159, I'm pretty lost in that coat. Sadly..
I like the way Maison Martin Margiela is reinventing silhouettes and shapes. And along with the blue silk dress my favourite piece are the disco pants. But I'd invest solely in the shoes with the plexiglass heels. Ah those are devine!

The collection hits the stores in less than 24 hours. Some of you wanna set your alarm clocks for tomorrow.
I've got my eyes set on the shoes. All the shoes. Those ankle boots with the plexiglass, the boots and even the heels. Even the Men's sneakers. With my newly acquired fortune it's dangerous.. I'm exposed to a high threat of "spend it all"-aholic
Very Dangerous!
I for one will be majorly avoiding H&M in the next couple of days in attempt to save for a new dslr camera. I'm so close! I cannot let a pair of Margiela's for H&M bring me down. Not even those with the beautiful wine red leather and the see-through plexiglass.
I can already picture myself singing "Easy come, easy go.." to my money as I stand at the cash register and let the cashier scan my credit card. I thank God that my Paypal account hasn't been verified yet. I would've turned into one broke ass nigga over night from the excess amount of online shopping I was doing at the Asos sale last night, which thankfully remained purely window shopping.

Good Night. I'll try not to dream about the Margiela x H&M shoes..

PS.:Wow I really sound like a chick straight from shopaholic when it's really not that bad. I'm simply enjoying using a stylistic device named "purple prose" i.e. putting drama where there's no drama. I'm so getting full marks on my next English creative writing paper! ;) Just kidding. I'm doing everything not to run into H&M first thing tomorrow. Maybe I should icebox my credit card?

PPS: Went to the showroom only with my iPhone, so check out my Showroom fun on Instagram!

WOLFI BY WOLFGANG JOOP

A little more than week ago I was invited to Galeria Kaufhof for a special occasion.
Wolfgang Joop presented his newly designed teddy bear for Steiff.
The presentation took place at the top floor of the Galeria Kaufhof and Wolfgang Joop was there himself to present the new teddy bear.
The flash light frenzy was a little overwhelming, but I managed to snap a few pictures with my iPhone which I published on my instagram. After that we were invited to the basement for drinks and finger food (so good!).
I decided to wear my H&M Trend dress, that I like so much. The skirt is made out of pillow like material and reminds me a bit of laying comfortably in bed with (or without) a teddybear tucked below my arm. So I thought "Great occasion to wear my teddy bear dress, going to teddy bear presentation.."
Thanks again to Galeria Kaufhof for the invitation. It was a really lovely friday afternoon.

FASHION SHOW ON THE RADIO

The title sounds a bit strange doesn't it? A fashion show? On the radio?
Not too long ago I traveled to Potsdam with Anh and Yuliya, because we had been invited by Media on Work. Marcel Ostertag (his shows always wow me at fashion week!) was going to present four looks of his latest collection on the Touching People's Hearts radio show as well as give an interview. And we had the chance to listen and see.
